'Creating a Vision for Your Business' Workshop - Saturday 15th February 2025

The day will be focused around a combination of Laura's transformative visualisation, journalling and vision board exercises, along with Gemma's use of creativity to release tension and stress, which is what has helped her to grow a thriving business. Gemma will guide you through her ‘Creative Release Method’ then some key steps to consider during your vision board sessions, all skills which she honed in her 20 years in retail, thinking about your products/services, branding, customer and marketing opportunities or changes.
Allow Gemma to guide you through her very simple creative exercises to help quieten your busy entrepreneur mind, ready to allow Laura's visualisation and journalling techniques to really tap into your true business desires. Those tools with then lead you into creating a physical vision board, creating a visual representation of the changes you want to see for your business.
Growing a thriving business whilst listing to your intuition and embracing what it means to be a woman is incredibly powerful, so let Laura show you her daily tools in how to access it and use it in your journey to levelling up your business.
You won't just walk away with a physical vision board to keep you focused over the next few months, you will also be creating a digital vision board which you can set up to give you daily visual reminders on your phone! One of Laura's secret weapons in staying aligned and on track.
The final part of the day will be working on taking the ideas you have collated in the vision boards and journalling and breaking it down with Gemma into actionable steps, to work through across the next 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Taking small steps and creating manageable tasks all add up to your big dream.

10.15am - Creative Release Exercise with Gemma
11am - Visualisation session with Laura - helping you to leave your to do list at the door.
11.05am - Journalling session with Gemma & Laura, focusing on your current business or business idea, what feels stuck or not aligning.
11.20am - Coffee Break
11.30am - Business Vision board session - creating a physical representation of the changes you want to make with your business, products/services, branding, bringing your business to life with imagery.
12.30am - Lunch (supplied by Gemma & Laura from Sabzi Deli)
1.30pm - Create digital business vision board in Pinterest. Set up daily reminders to your phone.
2pm - Next steps - Defining your goals - whats come up for you?
2.30pm - Intension Circle - A chance to share your first action point towards entrepreneurship with the group.
3pm - Finish
You will walk away with a selection of activities and exercises from Gemma to define your business goals further in your own time. You will also have journalling prompts from Laura and your mini painting to use as an anchor to help you remember to practice mindful techniques as part of your daily entrepreneur journey. .
Also included in your ticket price is a 45 minute follow up session with either Laura or Gemma (depending on your wants/needs) to work on a one to one plan of action, or answer any specific questions you may have that arise from the day. That brings the value of your ticket up to £250!
Both mentors will also being offering a 10% discount to any one who joins this session, to use on their one to one coaching/mentoring sessions.
